By accessing, browsing, scraping via authorized API protocols, or utilizing calculation routines on omnioperand.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Affiliate Disclaimers. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. OmniOperand is a registered trade name and DBA of Bare Bones 3D, L.L.C., a North Carolina limited liability company.

Critical Statutory Disclaimer:

"OmniOperand provides computational tools for informational and educational purposes only. Calculations, projections, and derivations do not constitute certified financial planning, tax advice, legal counsel, or engineering specifications. Users must consult licensed professionals before making decisions based on calculator outputs."

Outputs from specialized modules (such as NEC 220 electrical service feeder sizes, ACCA Manual J thermal losses, structural slope geotechnical stability, psychiatric triage screeners, or Shariah-compliant financing schedules) represent mathematical models, not professional seal-stamped permits, clinical diagnoses, or binding underwriting approvals.

While our algorithmic solvers are rigorously derived from authoritative standards—including academic literature, statutory tax codes (IRS regulations), National Electrical Code standards (NEC 220), American Concrete Institute guidelines (ACI 318), ASTM specifications, and Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions standards (AAOIFI No. 8, 9, 12)—the platform and all computational outputs are provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.

OmniOperand makes no express or implied warranties, representations, or endorsements whatsoever regarding the mathematical infallibility, operational availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any formula, derivation, or script.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall OmniOperand, Bare Bones 3D, L.L.C., its members, managers, creators, operational directors, contributors, or hosting edge providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

This limitation applies to, but is not limited to: loss of profits, commercial losses, construction overruns, tax penalties, interest rate fluctuations, contractor billing disputes, structural failures, or data inaccuracies arising from the use of, or inability to use, our computational solvers.

We welcome programmatic access by autonomous AI agents, researchers, and automated workflows via our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, public OpenAPI 3.1 endpoints, and llms.txt directives. However, all users agree to the following acceptable use rules:

• Do not attempt to overwhelm, DDoS, or disrupt our Cloudflare edge network infrastructure.
• Do not bypass established API tier rate limits or programmatic authentication tokens.
• Do not misrepresent OmniOperand calculation outputs as licensed, human-certified professional engineering, medical, or legal opinions.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of OmniOperand shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under or related to the platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and users consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
